• Are variants matched by size, color, pack, and condition?
• Are taxes, delivery, currency, and promotions comparable?
• What happens when a page returns no product or a temporary error?
• Can the merchant see the source and timestamp before changing a price?

Do not over-automate

A price signal should not silently change a catalog. Start with reviewable alerts and use only permitted data sources.
